Orthodontic Dental Assistant or Hygienist

Amy Richter Orthodontics is seeking an orthodontic assistant or RDH to assist the doctor in all aspects of clinical patient care. Single doctor practice with great team. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, good computer skills, reliable transportation, and enjoy working with both children and adults.

Responsibilities include:

Patient education and oral hygiene instruction, accurate patient charting, intra- and extra-oral photography and x-rays, dental impressions, sterilization and sanitization, placement of orthodontic wires and ligatures, fitting bands, assisting doctor in bracket placement an appliance removal.

Job Requirements:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH);
Orthodontic experience is preferred but not required.
