We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands and take pride in producing high-quality work. No previous orthodontic or dental laboratory experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know through our paid, hands-on training program. As an Orthodontic Laboratory Production Technician, you'll help manufacture custom orthodontic appliances that improve patients' smiles and quality of life. Depending on your department, your work may include:

• Handcrafting custom orthodontic appliances using specialized tools and equipment.
• Bending orthodontic wires to precise specifications.
• Finishing and polishing stainless steel appliances.
• Operating laser welding and other manufacturing equipment.
• Working with acrylics, metals, and other specialty materials.
• Collecting, organizing, and processing customer cases.
• Inspecting your work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Every appliance you complete is custom-made for an individual patient, making attention to detail and craftsmanship essential.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• No prior laboratory or dental experience required—we provide paid training.

Monday through Friday, First Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Note, overtime is often required M-F with occasional Saturdays.
