Interim VP of Oncology-Physician

• Oversee high-level oversight and day-to-day operations pertaining to Oncology initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Chief Physician to oversee ~12+ FTEs and manage current initiatives including change management, staff integration, and continued growth of the oncology service line.
• Re‑focus organization goals and metrics on patient safety, rounding, quality, process improvement, and input initiatives.
• Act as a passionate leader with critical thinking skills, strategic vision, and encourage optimal employee/physician engagement, collaboration, and communication to ensure a cohesive unit.
• Bring extensive knowledge and experience in Oncology practices.
• Be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• MD/DO required.
• Active medical license required.

• Compensation Range: $350,000 to $370,000 annually.
• Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
