Practice Primary Care in Buffalo, New York, with a physician-directed group committed to balance, teamwork, and long-term success. This full-time role offers flexibility in your schedule, minimal call, and the chance to grow into partnership while enjoying life in one of the Northeast's most livable regions.
What We Offer You Collaborative Practice Model:
Join a group of 120+ providers, including 46 Primary Care Physicians and 10 APPs
Integrated Ancillary Services:
On-site X-ray, MRI, CT, Lab, Ultrasound, and more to support efficient patient care
Flexible Workweek:
Choose a 4- or 5-day schedule, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Outstanding Compensation Package:
Two-year guaranteed salary, signing bonus, partnership potential with minimal buy-in, and long-term income potential of $500K-$600K
Who You Are BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
Eligible new graduates or practicing physicians
Team-oriented approach to care with an interest in long-term growth
