Except for winter and spring vacations, the Fellowship is a full‑time commitment until early June. Fellows receive a stipend of $25,000 on a twelve‑month basis, including health insurance, beginning in September.

The Student Belonging Fellow will work to ensure all students feel a sense of belonging at SEM and will assist with Student Life programming designed to engage and include all members of its student population, which is a diverse mixture of day/boarding and international/domestic students in grades 9‑12.
