Substitute ESL Instructor For Adult Education
The Substitute ESL instructor for Adult Education will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to a group of diverse adult learners. Candidates should have experience teaching English to adult learners and be able to encourage student participation and attendance, provide students with appropriate learning materials aligned to standards, and maintain an inclusive classroom with accessible materials for a range of proficiency levels.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience teaching English to adults and understand NYSED Adult Education policies and procedures tied to funding streams. Ideal candidate will have experience analyzing classroom/student assessment data and a thorough understanding of research based best-practices for teaching English to adults from a myriad of cultural backgrounds. Hourly Rate: $35.00/hour
