Project Coordinator Overseas and Intercultural Programs

Office of the Vice Provost for International Education (VPIE) welcomes applications for the position of Project Coordinator for Overseas and Intercultural Programs. The Project Coordinator will be stationed at the University at Buffalo and will play a key role in administering the University at Buffalo’s overseas (Singapore‑based) programs.

• Manage program student and academic records, including supporting course scheduling, monitoring student registration, evaluating student transfer credit requests, and maintaining course records.
• Manage course articulation processes and coordinate related matters with campus partners.
• Maintain program communications, including liaising with campus partners, visitors, and others; collect, triage and disseminate various materials including course materials; manage the program website and the departmental newsletter.
• Coordinate program travel, provide reimbursement support, and advise on related processes and regulations; manage non‑salaried appointments, stipend, and contractor payments, and support overseas and non‑citizen payments; provide other general business and operating support.
• Provide logistical coordination for events, including scheduling and organizing activities.
• Assist with other related projects and duties as needed.
