Anticipated Social Studies Teacher-8th Grade

Amherst Middle School

Salary: $42,426 through $54,014 (new rates under negotiation)

Start Date:

September 1, 2026

Qualifications:

• NYS Social Studies 7-12 certificate or Social Studies 5-9 certificate
• Prior experience working with secondary students preferred
• Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education (Fingerprint Procedure - attached)
