The Corporate Nurse Educator at Catholic Health is responsible for staff development, education program assessment, and leadership development across CH associates. This role acts as educator, consultant, facilitator, change agent, and researcher.
You will collaborate with Nursing leadership to establish the annual education plan, coordinate learning initiatives, and foster a professional nursing climate across CH. Travel between CH sites is required, with some weekend/evening work.
