Non-Certified Substitute Teachers

Cheektowaga Union Free School District is seeking non-certified teachers in all subject areas and grade levels.

The mission of the CSUFSD is to provide a positive, safe environment that encourages all learners to strive for excellence.

We are a district with approximately 1,200 students (PK-Grade 12) who learn in our elementary schools (PK-Grade 2 and Grades 3-5), our middle school (Grades 6-8), and our high school (Grades 9-12).

This is a great opportunity to gain classroom experience working with a diverse population while implementing instructional strategies and restorative practices to support academic and socio-emotional needs. Our community, Board of Education, teachers, staff, and administration create a positive learning environment that allows all students to succeed!

Non-certified applicants:

• Bachelors degree
• Experience working with school-aged children
• Attach a resume, cover letter, and three letters of recommendation
• Non-certified applicants will be paid at a rate of $125.00/day and can work a maximum of 40 days.
