Job Summary

Provided leadership and instructional support to improve literacy achievement across grade levels. Collaborated with teachers to implement evidence-based reading and writing instruction, delivered targeted interventions, analyzed student performance data, and supported curriculum development to enhance student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessed students' literacy skills using formal and informal assessments to identify instructional needs.
  • Designed and delivered targeted reading and writing interventions for individual students and small groups.
  • Collaborated with classroom teachers to develop and implement evidence-based literacy instruction and differentiated learning strategies.
  • Coached and mentored teachers on best practices in reading, writing, phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, and fluency instruction.
