Capen Student Services Advisor in the Capen Center. This in-person, public-facing role provides essential student services, guiding UB students through policies and procedures and connecting them with campus resources.
You will coordinate center operations, maintain knowledge of university resources, and deliver empathetic, accurate assistance, including referrals to Counseling, Tutoring, and other student support services.
