About MaritimeWestern New York Maritime Charter School is a military-style public charter school built on structure, accountability, and leadership development. Our classrooms operate with clear systems, consistent expectations, and a strong adult presence. We are not a passive environment. - Be comfortable correcting behavior in the moment, every time
- Balance strong relationships with non-negotiable standards
