REACH Academy Charter School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and highly effective 5th Grade Math Teacher to join our instructional team.
The 5th Grade Math Teacher will be responsible for providing rigorous, engaging, and standards-aligned mathematics instruction while creating a classroom environment where students feel challenged, supported, and capable of success.
The ideal candidate is a teacher who can make mathematics meaningful and accessible to students, build strong relationships, maintain high expectations, and use data to continuously improve instruction. This individual will work closely with colleagues, instructional leaders, intervention staff, and families to ensure students develop strong mathematical foundations and are prepared for continued academic success.

- Possess a strong understanding of 5th Grade Mathematics and the New York State Next Generation Learning Standards for Mathematics.
- Deliver rigorous, engaging, and developmentally appropriate mathematics instruction.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse academic needs of learners.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to establish consistent routines, expectations, and procedures.
