Program Coordinator, Startup and Innovation Collaboratory

• Lead and manage entrepreneurial development programs to empower future innovators and makers.
• Coordinate workshops, panels, mentorship, and program experiences involving alumni and community partners.
• Manage program logistics, stakeholder relationships, and operational details for high-quality delivery.
• Support students and partners by handling schedules, communications, and program infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or master's degree/professional certification required.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, or partnerships, particularly with college students or volunteers.
• Preferred experience in higher education, nonprofit, entrepreneurship programs, or community initiatives.
• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, startups, or economic development ecosystems preferred.
• Salary range between $57,151 and $60,000 annually.
• Some evening and weekend work required due to program nature.
