Summary:
Floating teachers substitute for classroom teachers as needs arise, including absences, break coverage, and providing additional support. Adheres to mission, vision, and core values, implementation of service standards, contributes to a warm and friendly environment, and family and staff engagement.

- Manages classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals.
- Follows absent teachers lesson plans
- Maintain a safe and effective learning environment for students
- Develop meaningful lesson plans that are tailored to interests of the group and focus on play, formingconnections with children, and support a developmental curriculum.

Daily rate based on Non cert $125.00 Certified $150.00
after 30 will go on Teachers Step pay
