Travel & Relocation: 100% project-based travel as required.

We are seeking experienced Commissioning Superintendents to lead field commissioning activities on large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing team delivering hyperscale infrastructure across the United States.

• Lead daily commissioning field operations for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Execute and coordinate startup, functional testing, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Supervise commissioning technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and startup teams.
• Drive commissioning schedules and coordinate with project management and general contractors.
• Oversee safety, QA/QC, testing documentation, and turnover packages.
• Lead commissioning readiness meetings, site walks, and field coordination activities.

• 8+ years in commissioning, startup, or MEP field supervision.
• 3+ years leading commissioning field operations.
• 2+ years of Data Center Commissioning experience.
• Strong understanding of Commissioning Levels L1-L5
  , including: L1 Site Arrival, L2 Set-in-Place, L3 Pre-Energization, Functional Testing, Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
• Hands‑on experience performing commissioning and testing—not just managing it.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems including: UPS, Switchgear, ATS, Generators, PDUs, Chillers, CRAC/CRAH Units, Pumps & Cooling Systems

• Owner's Representative or Third-Party Commissioning experience
• Load Bank & IST leadership experience
• Procore experience
