Field Service Technician Generators

This role is crucial in ensuring the operational integrity and reliability of emergency generators and associated equipment. You will be a part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing energy systems that are essential to daily operations and emergency services across our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on gas, diesel, and bi-fuel generators.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to engine components, electrical systems, and generator peripherals.
• Provide excellent customer service, including situation assessment and prompt, effective solutions in high-pressure environments.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain records of maintenance and repairs in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for self and others.
• Train customers on the operation and maintenance of generators and related equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services outside regular working hours.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing generators and electrical systems.
