This position will be responsible for developing new processes, implementing a new product manufacturing line, and ensuring successful execution of the project from concept to completion. This role combines technical expertise in process development engineering with strong project management skills to deliver a solution that aligns with organizational goals.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities- Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to:
Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. - Interacts with all levels of the organizations to ensure that all necessary procedures and processes are in place.
- Plans, organizes, and manages related projects and staff as appropriate.
- Functions as a fully competent engineer in all conventional aspects of subject matter or functional area of assignments.
- Independently performs assignments, receiving instruction only regarding general expected results.
- Process Development
- Investigates, develops, and implements new processes of moderate scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet performance and quality standards.
- Complete MVP, IQ, OQ, PQ documents to qualify new production equipment.
- Develop and maintain procedures to support manufacturing.
- Project Management
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Manage budgets and risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of project.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum Experience:
5+ years of experience

Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead team activities and lead a project from initiation to completion. Excellent problem-solving skills and proven process development results. - Specialized Knowledge: Experience with powder metallurgy or ceramic processing would be a plus.
