Engineering Operations Coordinator

Our client, is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join their team. As an Engineering Operations Coordinator
, you will be part of the Launching a New Product department supporting the team responsible for the successful launch of the Gen6 engine and the setup of new assembly lines.

Job Title: Engineering Operations Coordinator

Location: Buffalo, NY

Pay Range: $23

Not really focused on years of experience, willing to look at someone right out of college.

• Coordinate required training for both hourly and salaried staff involved in the product launch
• Work closely with training leads and understand training requirements and invoicing processes
• Track training completion and ensure compliance with OEM requirements
• Manage office routines and support project management activities
• Develop reports, prepare presentations, and interface with external business units

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or engineering field
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects
• Understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes is a plus
