Responsibilities- Support the identification of hazards and help assess associated risks across operations
- Assist with creating or updating EHS procedures and audit programs to reduce risks
- Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of EHS training programs
- Review EHS regulations with guidance and support compliance initiatives
- Provide day-to-day EHS support to employees and supervisors
- Help monitor regulatory requirements, reporting, and EHS systems to maintain compliance
- Participate in emergency response activities as needed
- Support interactions with regulatory agencies during inspections and follow-ups
- Assist with internal and external EHS reporting requirements (e.g., OSHA, ESG data)
- Work collaboratively with site leadership and EHS teams to support EHS initiatives
- A Bachelor's degree in environmental science, safety, chemical, engineering, or related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
- Minimum of 3 years environmental, health and safety experience in a manufacturing or production related environment, including:
- Identifying hazards, assessing risk and providing options to eliminate or minimize hazards/risks.
- Ability to review and interpret EHS data and support follow-up actions.
- Experience assisting with site EHS procedures and programs.
- Experience supporting the implementation of EHS programs.
- Experience participating in EHS assessments and helping prioritize findings.
- Ability to assist in developing and delivering EHS training.
- Experience supporting incident investigations and corrective action efforts.
This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
