Senior Civil Engineer & Lead - Regional & Impact

leading engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Associate -
Lead Civil Engineer to join its growing Buffalo, NY team.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced civil engineer looking to lead impactful infrastructure and site development projects while helping grow the firm’s presence across Western New York.

• Lead civil engineering projects involving roadway design, stormwater, utilities, grading, and site development
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee project delivery, QA/QC, schedules, budgets, and staffing
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• NY Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 12+ years of site/civil engineering experience
• Experience with NYSDOT, county agencies, and municipal infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
