Optimal is seeking a Controls Engineer for its Plant in Tonawanda, NY. This role involves working with a mix of older and new assembly equipment, primarily focusing on GPS - Engine Assembly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Allen‑Bradley Rockwell PLC Programming and troubleshooting automation equipment in a high-pressure environment. The position requires onsite work 5 days a week with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Preference will be given to candidates located in the Buffalo, Niagara Region.
