  • Oversee capital equipment selection, justification, acquisition, and onboarding.
  • Monitor Target vs. Actual performance for assigned parts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Help define and execute manufacturing engineering strategies aligned with site and divisional objectives.
  • Identify, justify, and implement process improvements (machining and non‑machining), including automation opportunities.
  • Establish and drive short‑term tactical and operational plans to meet production, quality, and schedule goals.
To be considered for this role, here's what you'll typically bring with you:

  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in machining environments.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex projects on schedule.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and stakeholders outside the immediate group and lead through change.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office:
    Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
You would be a preferred candidate if you had:

  • CAD and CAM programming experience.
  • Design for Manufacturing (DfM) mindset, GD&T, and blueprint reading.
