Our client is currently seeking a Resident (Office) Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

• Organization and maintenance of project documents.
• Liaise between clients, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
• Provide overall technical assistance with engineering-related issues.
• Tracking of the project timeline to ensure it is progressing according to schedule.
• Processing of change orders, progress payments, and contractor claims.
• Ensure the work completed is in compliance with all codes, standards, and regulations.
• Attend project meetings.
• Assist with reporting responsibilities.

• 5+ years of Office Engineer experience withbridgesand/or highways.
• Must have recent experience with Thruway projects and/ or NYSDOT.
• Required that a candidate be NICET certified at Level III orIV.
• Must be proficient with Site Manager.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have an active NYS driver’s license.
• Advanced proficiency with computers.
