Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineer

Not every Project Engineer role is actually engineering. This one is.

I'm supporting a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Buffalo that's experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in its engineering team. With a strong pipeline of projects and genuine opportunities for progression, they're looking to add a Mechanical Project Engineer who's passionate about design.

This is a design-heavy role where you'll spend the majority of your time creating bespoke skid-mounted process systems in Autodesk Inventor. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to solve real engineering challenges rather than making endless revisions to the same product.

You'll work alongside process and electrical engineers while collaborating closely with the fabrication team to see your designs brought to life on the shop floor.

• 3-7 years' mechanical design experience
• Experience designing custom industrial equipment, process systems or skid-mounted equipment
• Comfortable reading P&IDs
• Someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to continue developing their career
