Envita Solutions is a leading total waste management partner dedicated to fostering a healthier planet by transforming complex waste challenges into sustainable solutions.

On-site Program Management Role: The individual will provide on-site program management coverage by identifying, implementing, and maintaining waste reduction, segregation, and reuse programs for customers. The individual will work closely with the customer's Environmental Department.

Essential Functions
  • Ensure health & safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Conduct daily site inspections.
  • Conduct weekly RCRA inspections.
  • Work with customers and vendors to implement improved waste management procedures.
  • Manage recycling programs and the 90-day accumulation building.
  • Schedule all waste shipments, including all recycling materials.
  • Manage all documentation, including reports to the Environmental Department.
  • Manage supplier subcontractors working on behalf of Envita Solutions.
  • Meet with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities, negotiate pricing, and review current approvals.
  • Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients as requested.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.
Education & Qualifications
  • Required:

    High School or Equivalent; 1+ years of experience in the waste management industry.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor's Degree (four year degree); 5+ years of experience in the waste management industry.
  • Preferred:
    Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Sound communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel.
  • Ability to foster lasting relationships with clients and supplier partners.
  • Comfortable building relationships in-person and remotely.
  • Ability to solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction.
  • Ability to write business proposals.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local industry-related regulations.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $, depending on qualifications and experience.
