Controls Engineer

Our client, a leading  
** automotive manufacturing organization** , is seeking a  
** Controls Engineer
** to join their team. As a  
** Controls Engineer** , you will be part of the  
** Controls Engineering Department
** supporting the  
** Manufacturing Automation, Plant Operations, and Production Engineering Teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong problem-solving skills** ,  
** excellent communication skills** , and  
** attention to detail** , which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $47 - $54 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Design pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical wiring diagrams for manufacturing control systems.

+ Develop and support PLC and HMI software for plant automation projects.

+ Perform system startup, troubleshooting, debugging, and commissioning activities.

+ Provide technical support during equipment installations and train plant personnel on controls systems.

+ Travel to manufacturing sites as needed to support automation and controls initiatives.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.

+ 5-7 years of Controls Engineering experience.

+ Hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and Servo drive systems.

+ Proficiency with AutoCAD and control panel design.

+ Knowledge of electrical standards, safety standards, and industrial automation systems.
