Junior Electrical Engineer

Position Overview:

The Junior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance of electrical systems across multiple product lines, including centrifuge and vibrating motor systems. This role will play a key part in maintaining UL/CE/ATEX/IECEx standards while also acting as a product champion for critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure electrical compliance across all relevant products (UL/CE/ATEX/IECEx)
• Act as internal "Responsible Person" and support certification processes
• Maintain UL/ATEX files and engineering documentation
• Serve as product champion for centrifuge and vibrating motor systems
• Support new and existing engineering projects, including panel design
• Partner with production and R&D teams on electrical initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical teams and vendors
• Assist with component updates and obsolescence planning
• Support costing, estimation, and pricing alongside commercial engineering

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
• Experience with drafting/modeling tools (AutoCAD or similar)
• Strong knowledge of electrical controls, circuits, and schematics

Preferred:

• Experience with UL/CE/ATEX compliance standards
