About the OpportunityThe Electrical Engineering Supervisor oversees the staff, safety, and productivity of the Electrical Engineering Department. This management level position also includes responsibility for productivity, volume, budget adherence, quality, technology innovation, staff development, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years of proven leadership experience
- 5 years of Electrical design experience performing calculations and using AutoCAD.
- 5 years of experience with Allen Bradley hardware and software; RSLogix 500/5000, RSView, Motor Control Centers, PLC's Drives, etc. Or equivalent
- 5 years of experience designing and implementing networks such as Ethernet, Device Net, Control Net, Modbus, Profibus, or similar.
- 5 years of experience designing and working with high voltage systems.
- An entrepreneurial spirit is essential. You must be a person who is motivated to get things done, done well, on time, and as efficiently as possible, with minimum resources.
- Finding solutions to the most improbable challenges must motivate you.
- Very strong customer interaction and problem-solving skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Advanced computer skills, such as; PC OS/admin, installing/repairing networks, and similar skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Any formal safety training preferred. Must have a clean safety record.
- You must be highly self-motivated.
- Being an effective and convincing leader.
- Experience with change management and change management processes.
- Proven track record of leadership, communication, and career growth.
