We are looking for an experienced Group Manager – Land Development to lead land development projects and manage a team of engineers and designers in our Buffalo, NY office.
Responsibilities- Manage land development projects from concept through construction.
- Lead and mentor engineers, designers, and project managers.
- Oversee site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and consultants.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality.
- Support business development and help grow the Buffalo land development practice.
- Participate in client and municipal meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- New York PE license preferred/required.
- 12+ years of land development or civil engineering experience.
- Experience managing projects and staff.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Experience with Civil 3D and land development design.
