From greeting customers with a smile to safely parking and retrieving vehicles, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. • Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays
• Shift: 10pm - 6am

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused attitude.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• Assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking-related needs.
• Maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre-existing vehicle damage when required.
• Support smooth traffic flow by directing vehicles and keeping drive lanes clear.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment.
• Assist with special events, high-volume periods, and site-specific operational needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns.

• A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and service standards.

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Walk at a brisk pace or jog.
• Bending, sitting, and standing repeatedly.
• Pulling and pushing, such as opening and closing car doors, consistently for entire shift.
• May be required to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart.
• Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to: rain, cold, heat, and humidity.

• Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably.
• Previous experience in a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred.
