We are looking for two energetic and outgoing Guest Service Associates to operate the Hay Bale Toss activation at the Country Rising Music Festival!
This is a fun, guest-facing position perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and helping create a great festival atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Operate and oversee the Hay Bale Toss area throughout the event
- Welcome guests and explain how the activity works
- Encourage festival attendees to participate
- Keep the activity organized and moving efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe area
- Monitor equipment and ensure the activity is being used appropriately
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service
- Assist with setup and cleanup of the activation as needed
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in a busy festival environment
- Able to work independently while partnering with another associate
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

This is a one-day event position with the opportunity to be considered for additional events and seasonal opportunities in the future.
