Develop and implement underwriting workflows, SOPs, SLAs, checklists, and QC measures for efficient loan underwriting Enhance Underwriting Systems to ensure smooth file flow, compliance, and efficiency Oversee operations with fulfillment partners to ensure consistent loan delivery and quality control
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in underwriting and managing diverse loan types Proven track record in developing underwriting workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and QC measures Experience in managing decentralized underwriting teams
Experience with strategic 3rd party fulfillment partners Experience in a fintech environment is preferred
