Complete complex data entry, system updates, analysis and interpretation related to mortgage payments, payoffs and special product maintenance;
Complete non-standardized document review and validation related to mortgage notes, modifications and ACH agreements;
Complete intermediate-level document review and/or preparation related to verification of mortgage loan documents and adherence to procedures;
Respond to or initiate non-standardized requests on exception payment applications or mortgage document term research;
Complete high complexity non-standardized research on missing or misapplied payments and payoffs
