Position Title: Credit Development Analyst
Base Pay Range: $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year (U.S.)
What You’ll Do- Manage a portfolio of SMB partners, balancing revenue growth objectives with prudent accounts receivable risk management.
- Apply automation and financial analysis to support credit decision-making and portfolio health.
- Partner with sales teams and resellers to enable business growth through effective credit solutions.
- Collaborate with credit operations to support credit processes and resolve account issues.
- Evaluate basic financial data to assess creditworthiness and support recommendations.
- Utilize company policies, procedures, and systems to resolve a variety of credit-related issues.
- Exercise judgment within defined practices to determine appropriate actions.
- Escalate complex issues and consult with senior or specialist team members as needed.
- Maintain strong partner relationships through professional communication and responsiveness.
- Decision Quality – make timely, well-informed decisions to keep work progressing effectively.
- Financial Acumen – interpret and use financial data to support sound credit decisions.
- Customer Focus – build strong partner relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Strategic Mindset – understand future possibilities and support forward-thinking actions.
- Business Insight – apply knowledge of the business and marketplace to achieve goals.
- Broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired through advanced education.
- 2‑4 years of general business or finance-related experience.
- Foundational financial analysis skills and understanding of key financial indicators.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills for basic problem solving.
- Foundational negotiation and communication skills.
- Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
