Position Title: Credit Development Analyst

Base Pay Range: $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year (U.S.)

• Manage a portfolio of SMB partners, balancing revenue growth objectives with prudent accounts receivable risk management.
• Apply automation and financial analysis to support credit decision-making and portfolio health.
• Partner with sales teams and resellers to enable business growth through effective credit solutions.
• Collaborate with credit operations to support credit processes and resolve account issues.
• Evaluate basic financial data to assess creditworthiness and support recommendations.
• Utilize company policies, procedures, and systems to resolve a variety of credit-related issues.
• Exercise judgment within defined practices to determine appropriate actions.
• Escalate complex issues and consult with senior or specialist team members as needed.
• Maintain strong partner relationships through professional communication and responsiveness.

• Broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired through advanced education.
• 2‑4 years of general business or finance-related experience.
• Foundational financial analysis skills and understanding of key financial indicators.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills for basic problem solving.
• Foundational negotiation and communication skills.
• Required:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
