Compensation:
$50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approval level)

Our mission is to create real earning opportunities and verified credibility for serious private capital professionals. Once approved, analysts do not wait for placement—they are immediately activated on live deals across our network.

Initio Sphere is seeking experienced finance and transaction professionals to join our platform as Certified Due Diligence Analysts
.

This is not a traditional employment role
. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process.

Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

Gain access to live deal flow requiring diligence support

Work directly with investors, fund managers, and operators on active transactions

Build a verified transaction history and Analyst Rating Score

Rating Score: 90–100
Pay: $150–200/hour
Typical Background:
Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, consulting, or senior finance professionals with 5+ years of diligence or deal execution experience

Rating Score: 80–89
Pay: $100–150/hour
Typical Background:
Finance or transaction professionals with 3–5 years of diligence, deal support, or analytical experience

Rating Score: 60–79
Pay: $50–100/hour
Typical Background:
Entry to mid-level analysts with strong analytical skills and exposure to diligence or transaction support work

Due Diligence Analysts are engaged only in categories for which they have received approval. Typical work includes:

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) and financial diligence support
• Commercial, operational, and market diligence
• Business risk and red-flag analysis
• Customer, revenue, and cost structure reviews
• Management interview support and diligence Q&A tracking
• Investment memo and IC materials support
• Deal risk summaries and diligence reporting

Analysts may only perform work in approved diligence categories.
Approvals are earned through assessment and demonstrated performance—not tenure.

Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved Initio Sphere training

Receive category-specific approvals (Due Diligence, Financial Analysis, Transaction Support)

Get verified on the platform

Begin earning immediately through hourly diligence projects and live deal engagements

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.”
Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score
, which determines:

• Platform visibility
• Recommended hourly rates
• Scores are based on assessment results, credentials, performance quality, and client feedback.

Analysts operate as independent contractors
, not employees

Hourly rates vary by Rating Score and approval level

Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues

All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and transaction support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
