Job Description
Bank of America is looking for a Front‑Line Teller to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self‑service banking options, and process cash transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Educate clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Collaborative, building and nurturing strong relationships.

- Confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs.

- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, administration, finance).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift & Hours1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.
Pay & BenefitsHourly pay range: $25.00 – $26.77. Base salary only; not incentive eligible. Benefits include industry‑leading medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and comprehensive wellness programs.
