Finance Project Manager
We're seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to lead a large-scale financial operations initiative involving over 23 million financial transactions, 5,000 customer accounts, and more than $8 billion in customer refund activity. This high-impact project requires someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and can coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations work streams throughout the refund lifecycle.
- Coordinate activities between Finance, Customs, Operations, Treasury, and Customer Service teams.
- Manage high-volume transaction processing and reconciliation activities.
- Oversee research of customer accounts to determine refund eligibility.
- Validate financial records, banking information, and entity ownership.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and reporting metrics.
- Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
