    Coaching:

Compensation
  • Sign-On Payment: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company-sponsored FINRA licenses and registrations.
  • Stable Pay: biweekly pay for up to the first 24 months, based on a 40-hour workweek with an annual base of $32,400.
  • Commissions & Bonus: eligible to earn commissions and bonus in addition to Stable Pay.
