Your role :This position is instrumental in supporting the end-to-end financing lifecycle, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, funded efficiently, and completed successfully. In this high-volume, fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and reseller partners to facilitate order placement, invoice processing, reporting, and transaction execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at navigating complex transaction scenarios while managing multiple priorities.
Key responsibilities:Partner with Business Development and Solutions Development teams to support finance and leasing transactions.
Manage financing transactions from contract execution through funding completion.
Coordinate order placement activities following execution of customer financing agreements.
Collect, review, and process invoices to ensure timely funding and payment.
Generate and analyze reports to support operational performance and transaction tracking.
Perform administrative and portfolio management activities associated with transaction processing.
Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five or more years of position-specific work experience within the finance and/or leasing industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to work.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as web-based business platforms.
