Mid-Level Structured CLO Finance Associate

The Banking & Finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP is looking to hire a mid-level associate with 2 to 6 years of experience to support the structured finance CLO practice in the New York office (may consider candidates for other offices). A successful candidate will have solid experience with CLO and related transactions, such as securitizations, warehouse financing and other complex financing transactions and related transactions.

The salary for this position in the class of  is $235,000 to $390,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified above. This position is eligible for the Firm’s annual bonus program.
