Director of Finance

Salary: $170,000-$185,000 annually + strong annual bonus/incentive opportunity

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational performance analysis for the plant

• Oversee month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Analyze standard costs, inventory performance, production variances, and key operating metrics

• Partner with plant leadership to identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives

• Evaluate capital expenditures through ROI, NPV, and financial feasibility analysis

• Maintain strong internal controls, support audit requirements, and ensure IFRS compliance

Qualifications for the Director of Finance:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Finance and accounting experience within a manufacturing environment

• Progressive leadership experience managing teams and finance functions

• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial analysis

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
