Entry Level - Financial Advisor

• Develop and maintain client relationships through networking events and ongoing portfolio management
  , ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking
• Learn to understand client financial objectives and risk tolerance to help devise personalized strategies
• Provide clear recommendations and guidance aligned to each client’s individual situation
• Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients’ needs

• Complete comprehensive 120-day hands-on training (PEP)
• Work with a local Vice President who provides personalized coaching throughout your journey

Stable Pay: After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional
. Equitable Advisors supports you with biweekly stable pay for up to your first 24 months as a financial professional, based on a structured 40-hour workweek and $33,400 annually
.

Commissions and Bonus: In addition to stable pay, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus
.

Sign-on payment eligibility: You may be eligible for $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
