• Greet clients warmly and manage client hospitality with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist stylists during appointments, ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction, this includes shampoos, blow outs, and color application
• Support retail sales through selling and educating clients on hair care products
• Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring proper sterilization procedures are followed
• Help with inventory management and restocking supplies to keep the salon organized and efficient
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and communicating effectively

• Licensed NYS Cosmetologist or in the process of obtaining license
• Prior experience working in the beauty industry or a related customer service environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
• Basic understanding of hair care, hair coloring, hair extensions, styling techniques, and sanitation practices
• Familiarity with cosmetology concepts such as color theory, barbering, cutting, and waxing
• Ability to perform retail math for upselling products effectively
• Experience working with diverse beauty treatments including hair coloring, styling, and straight razor shaving is a plus
• A professional attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
