Our work environment includes:

Modern office setting

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers at the pharmacy counter
• scanning medications in and out, counting medications and properly labeling them
• Process cash, credit card, and insurance payments accurately and efficiently
• Assist with medication inventory management and restocking
• Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure timely and accurate medication dispensing
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy station

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Please note that this position does not involve critical care or patient service in a clinical setting. It is primarily focused on pharmacy technician duties within the pharmacy.
