Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000/annually
Pay is based on years of related human services experience
Job SummaryThe Intensive Treatment Program (ITP) will include working with adolescents, typically 12 – 18 years old that are diagnosed on the Autism spectrum with mental health concerns and developmental or intellectual disabilities. The Residential Manager for the ITP functions in a leadership capacity, focusing upon staff development and service delivery to children and their families. The Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of their assigned site(s).
They directly supervise, coach and mentor Behavior Technicians to insure that the highest possible quality of life and personal achievement can be obtained.

Minimum Degree
Required:
High School Diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Minimum Experience
Required:
5 years applicable prior experience with HS Diploma OR 3 years with Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Required License/Registration/ CertificationNYS Driver’s License
Training- Continuing education as per NYS Office of Profession guidelines
- All required agency trainings (including Applied Behavior Analysis, SCIP-R)
- All trainings required by programs in which you service individuals
The overall nature of the position is sedentary requiring little physical effort with occasional light physical exertion required. There is little, if any, exposure to environmental conditions.
• The constant physical demands of the position are standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
• The frequent physical demands of the position are sitting. Climbing, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination.
• The occasional physical demands of the position are lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, stooping, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, and feeling.
