The Regulatory Compliance Specialist champions quality in the organization by implementing and monitoring the investigation management process and other quality/compliance tasks. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist coordinates and maintains all activities of the Organization related to investigating issues on non- compliance and internal incident reporting and performs internal compliance audits.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education, training, and related experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a health care or human services setting, required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Quality Assurance and Corporate Compliance areas, preferred.
• Knowledge of OPWDD and/or DOH operations, preferred.
• Knowledge of OPWDD and/or DOH regulations in the audit, incident and quality assurance areas, particularly Care Coordination, preferred.
