Hourly pay range: $26.00-$29.00
As directed by the RN, assists with the monitoring and coordination of the delivery of health care services for individuals with developmental disabilities who are in a structured day program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assists with monitoring and coordinating the delivery of preventive routine health care, therapies and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Adheres to and assists with ensuring facility compliance with all Physician, NP, PA, etc. orders.
- Assists with coordinating medical program needs with community services, medical providers and other related agencies.
- Assists with ensuring adequate completion of health
