Andrology Supervisor

A Fertility center offering advanced treatments like IVF, IUI, and egg freezing. With a patient-centered approach and cutting-edge technology, we support individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood. Our Andrology Supervisor will oversee our Andrology department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player, technically skilled, and highly motivated.

• Understanding of semen analysis and morphology.
• Processing semen for inseminations and IVF procedures.
• Knowledge of sperm freezing.
• Reproductive hormone analysis using an automated analyzer.
• Competing urinalysis.
• Maintaining instrument maintenance, and calibration.
• Oversight of day-to-day laboratory operations and staff.
• Compliance with all Federal, state and local laws to ensure laboratory maintains accreditation.
• Lead all CLIA inspections.
• Manage and lead junior staff members with training, competency and proficiency testing.
• Must be qualified under CLIA to function as a supervisor.

• Bachelors of Science required. Clinical Laboratory Science/ Medical Technology preferred. One year in supervisory or leadership role, required. Experience in fertility setting a plus. ASCP certificate a plus.
